To sign a lease agreement we do NOT need your parent or guardian present.
No problem! We offer a roommate matching service and you can stop by our leasing office to take a look at the profiles of other people needing roommates as well.
We offer twelve installment leases. Our Fall 2026 lease term is 8/15/2026 – 7/31/2027!
Refrigerator with ice maker, stove/oven, microwave, dishwasher, and washer/dryer.
The Cottages provide high speed internet!
An optional living room and bedroom furniture package is available upon request.
Rent is due on the 1st of every month with a grace period until the 3rd day of the month. Rent is considered late beginning on the 4th of each month. Please note that late fees will start to accrue beginning on the 4th day.
We offer individual leases. This is a great option for you since each person is responsible for their own portion of the rent and not their roommates.

Cottage Grove at Gainesville is an off campus UF student cottages community near the University of Florida campus. We offer 2, 3 and 4 bedroom cottages and duplexes. With a variety of options to choose from and a number of amenities, we are sure to be the best option in student living for your son or daughter.

Located on SW 13th Street, Cottage Grove is just 2 miles from campus! Your child would be a quick 5 minute drive to campus, 10 minute bus ride OR 15 minute bike ride!
Individual Leases
Cottage Grove offer individual leases which means you are responsible for your student and not their roommates.
Roommate Matching
No roommates in mind… No problem! Cottage Grove offers a great roommate matching program that will give each individual the opportunity to meet prospective roommates prior to moving in together. Every resident completes a resident profile sheet that will assist in roommate matching.
24-Hour Clubhouse
Within the Clubhouse, there is a business center and fitness center that is available for the enjoyment of all residents. On-site management and maintenance is also available in the clubhouse on a daily basis to assist with the needs of your student.
